Founder of the LGJ Law Group. Flora, a First-Generation American, graduated from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While attending law school, she worked with the Conviction Integrity Unit for the Attorney General’s Office while also gaining experience at a prominent firm that specializes in personal injury cases. Flora possesses extensive experience advocating for her clients' rights in both criminal and civil matters. She has effectively resolved numerous disputes between employers and employees and has successfully represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Michigan Department of Civil Rights, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
