Steps to Naturalization

  1. Determine your eligibility to become a U.S. citizen.

  2. Prepare your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.

  3. Submit Form N-400, along with necessary fees.

  4. Attend biometrics appointment as scheduled by the USCIS.

  5. Attend interview as scheduled by the USCIS.

  6. Await the decision from the USCIS.

  7. If citizenship is granted, take the Oath of Allegiance to the United States.
